Whether you need full design assistance, architectural plans, or drafting services, we can connect you with professionals who fit your needs. Each of our partners — from design firms to architects and draftsmen — offers different levels of service, allowing you to choose the right fit based on the style, detail, and support you're looking for. Our goal is to help ensure you have a clear vision and plan in place before we break ground.

The timeline for construction project can vary based on several factors, including project size, custom details, and selected materials. Here are some typical timeframes:
Master bathroom renovations: approximately 3 months
Kitchen renovations: 3-4 months
Main floor renovations: 4-5 months
Builder-grade homes: around 6 months
Semi-custom homes: 6-7 months
Fully custom homes: 7 months to over a year, depending on size and materials

At Boyce Built, we walk each site — whether it’s a remodel, new build, addition, or small commercial project — to better understand the space and your vision. During this visit, we provide expert insight on what’s possible, what may need adjustment, and how to shape the project to fit both the site and your goals. Our team’s experience helps ensure a realistic and thoughtful plan from the start.
We’ll then send you a follow-up email with a complimentary preliminary estimate. This email will provide a brief overview of your project, offering an initial cost range for reference. While it won’t go into detailed specifics, it will outline our next steps, should you feel comfortable with these preliminary figures.
Should you choose to proceed, all project planning, reviewing/approving of the proposal and contract signing will be completed. This step locks in your spot on our construction schedule and officially kicks off the start of ordering materials and preparing for your project start date!
