The timeline for construction project can vary based on several factors, including project size, custom details, and selected materials. Here are some typical timeframes:

• Master bathroom renovations: approximately 3 months

• Kitchen renovations: 3-4 months

• Main floor renovations: 4-5 months

• Builder-grade homes: around 6 months

• Semi-custom homes: 6-7 months

• Fully custom homes: 7 months to over a year, depending on size and materials

While it won’t go into detailed specifics, it will outline our next steps, should you feel comfortable with these preliminary figures.

4. Should you choose to proceed, all project planning, reviewing/approving of the proposal and contract signing will be completed. This step locks in your spot on our construction schedule and officially kicks off the start of ordering materials and preparing for your project start date!
